  • Content for the CJM is created by our copywriter: once the CJM is completed, our content expert will create the text that the emails of the flow will have, based on a deep analysis of the client’s audience and its characteristics.
  • We create the email design: our graphic designers create the designs based on the look and feel of our brand.
  • The automation is built inside the Customer Relationship Management (CRM): our automation experts will go into the CRM and build the automation according to the CJM, the content, and the design.

Once these steps are completed, and the tests are sent the email campaign/automation is ready to go live!

This is where being honest about the membership journey really comes into play. You don’t have to hide from your audience after they buy and you don’t have to sell them something that doesn’t exist yet!

If you are having a community-based membership then by all means pursue a means of connecting people. Maybe you just host calls for your groups to see each other and make connections early on before the members’ area is finished. This is totally up to you!

You also have the opportunity to host live Q&A sessions, that way people are seeing a structure and they are attending events together. But do not feel like you have to put them somewhere for the sake of putting them somewhere. Be intentional where you place your audience’s attention! That way they are not lost as they continue through the Success Path with multiple communication channels over time.

You don’t have to wait on the Hub. You can get them together with a simple Zoom kick-off party where you continue to lay the vision, and update them where you are now. And, talk to them (poll them) about what channels would they utilize if given the space. You can link your community to your Hub later!

The key is to keep providing value, and as you do that you’ll find people naturally starting to connect with each other.

You could even do something as simple as scheduling a meet and greet in your private Facebook group for those who are interested in connecting with others in the program.

There are so many ways to keep your members engaged and connected, you just have to be creative and intentional about it!

Don’t forget to keep your members updated on the progress of the membership site. They will be excited to see it come together and it will help build even more excitement for when it finally launches!
